Objectives

  1. Development of an enotourism proposal based on an understanding of the socio-environmental environment and for its benefit through a link with academia.

  2. Redesign and transformation of spaces within the ranch through nature-based solutions to make them coexist with a regenerative approach.

 

 

Corporate social/environmental responsibility project in Valle de Guadalupe where the integration of ecosystem services for the benefit of all the inhabitants of the territory is the driving force. We developed a more resilient system through investment in nature-based solutions, linking academia to carry out a survey and analysis to regenerate the territory.

We redesigned the wine tourism proposal to focus on the territory and its productive processes, thus strengthening the conservation of the environment and ensuring the landscape. This proposal is born from a logic of education and valorization of natural processes.

Trails

Create routes and trails inside Bodegas de Santo Tomás to attract visitors from a sports and outdoors approach, as well as to create an "iconic route" connecting Santo Tomás with the Arroyo San Miguel state park.

The purpose of an interpretive trail is to create a thematic route that allows visitors to learn about the use, values and particular attractions of the area in order to enhance the flora and fauna, as well as the productive activity.

 

Flora and Fauna Monitoring

Valorization of local flora and fauna through several photographic surveys and information through a monitoring of flora and fauna in agreement with the Science Department of the UABC, developing a tourism plan focused on the observation and interaction with local animal and plant life in their natural habitats, resulting in an improvement of the social fabric between academia and the private sector.

 

Restoration of spaces

The purpose is to achieve coherence between what is promoted and what is lived in the space, which is why it is proposed to restore this area as an endemic garden achieving a replacement and recovery of the habitat.

 

Signage

Design of systems for the generation of internal infrastructure through the revaluation of the waste produced, generating a circular economy.
